Player Summary
Cisse brings ideal length and strength to the CB room as well as good speed. He's a traits guy with real CB1 upside, but he'll need focused coaching to get the best out of him. His explosive athleticism shows up on tape, especially in his ability to trigger downfield or laterally. He uses his size effectively, attacking at the catch point consistently and he can win in a variety of ways when things get physical. His instincts in zone, ability to read the QB's eyes, or monitor more than one assignment played into his pedestrian numbers in college. He'll need to sharpen the mental side of the game, as well as do a better job tracking the deep ball when his back is to it. In the run game, while he's a physical and willing supporter, he's inconsistent in wrapping up and finishing the tackles. All told, you can use him day 1 as a starter in man-heavy schemes, and he's got real upside as a true CB1 if he continues to develop those key areas. Would expect him to be claimed late day 1, early day 2 at the latest.
