Player Summary
Bell is a big body receiver who excells over the middle and loves to compete after the catch, making him very valuable for offenses looking for a guy they can hit for short/medium gains with a true threat to become home run plays. While he lacks serious burst and his short area footwork is lacking, once he gets going he builds up speed fast. Really curious to get his testing back because some conflicting reports on how fast he can really be. While he's definitely competitive and uses his size well, his contested catch ability isn't what you'd hope for. His lack of natural hands catching ability and general ball skills show up there the most. He is not a polish route runner either, hopefully something that can improve in the NFL, but not likely to ever really generate seperation with it given his lack of twitch/footwork. Overall, expect him to go early Day 2, especially with the ACL tear, but someone that could do a lot of damage in the NFL in the right offense.
